Print and multimedia texts

Case studies and workshop

How can print and multimedia texts be used to support multilingual creativity? Hear from publishers and practitioners who have developed innovative resources and approaches in multilingual creativity, and discuss what can be done to take this work further.

To book a place for any event in this series, please email rsvp@freewordcentre.com with ‘MC Series‘ in the subject line with the following information:

  • Your first name, surname, the organisation you represent and the organisational website (if applicable)
  • The name of the event(s) you’d like to book
  • Whether you would like to present at the event. If yes, please give a 200 – 400 word outline of the project, research or work you would like to share.

We will confirm your place two weeks before the event. If you are interested in presenting, someone will be in touch to discuss this with you

Please note we have limited places per event, so book soon to avoid disappointment.

The Multilingual Creativity Lab was the first event in the Free Word & Cultural Institute at King’s Multilingual Creativity Series, a series of follow-up events that explored some of the issues raised in more depth. These events took place at Free Word and at the Cultural Institute at King’s College London between January and June 2016.

For this series of events, we would like to hear from you if you have a research project to contribute or some learning or practice to inform these discussions. See above for more information.
